Abstract:
In this paper, we apply the family of the variable step size selective partial update APA (VSS-SPUAPA) and Normalized Subband Adaptive Filter (NSAF) and variable step size Normalized Subband Adaptive Filter (VSS-NSAF). The simulation results show the good performance of the VSS-NSAF algorithm at high convergence rate and low level of mean square error (MSE) .Also, this paper compares the computational complexity of the VSS-NSAF and NSAF with VSS-SPU-APA, Which demonstrates the low computational complexity of the algorithm proposed compared to other algorithms in the application of echo cancelation
