Deep eutectic solvent a Green solvent as a carrier of Magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles for the development of magnetic dispersive micro-solid-phase extraction method: Application for the preconcentration and determination of meloxicam in Plasma and urine

In the present study, a series of different highly stable DESs ferrofluid were prepared and used in dispersive solid phase micro-extraction for pre-concentration and measurement of meloxicam in biological samples followed by high performance liquid chromatography. Important parameters affecting the DES-FF-D-µSPE (type and volume of the DESs, pH value, the amount of adsorbent, the effect of interfering ions, extraction time) were investigated in detail.
