Use and utilization, time management of resources and money and project control in the development of agricultural businesses & entrepreneurship

The efficient use of various resources in today’s harsh and competitive environment fordoing the required activities of projects had become a necessity. Money and otherresources have different values in different times. Therefore , in this article we have triedto give a comprehensive review about the time value of money , its importance andcalculations, investment and project evaluation approaches and finally the investmentplans used for control of rural businesses development and discussed them thoroughly.Research is in the process of reviewing texts, library studies and agricultural andentrepreneurial research and executive projects. The research methodology, based oninterviews with financial experts, agriculture and farmers. The project control charts andtables, related to, planting twice a year in rice, were done in a case- by- case and practicalmanner. The results of study evidently and from different perspectives show that byefficient use of project control techniques, paying attention to time value of money & itsimportance, applying this concept and available resources in a business, the businessunder focus would be turned into a profitable one. Such business developments would bevery useful and effective for economic development and success of business start- upprojects.
