Review article: Rural tourism as an alternative to sustainable development of villages

Immigration from village to city is an economic, social, political, cultural andpsychological problem, and indicates the inadequate functioning of the national economyin providing the necessary facilities in different regions. Consequently, the lack of controlof the widespread migration of villagers to cities creates large economic, cultural andsocial problems for large cities and is not useful for developing employment andproduction in the country, so the government should investigate the causes of migrationand find out the main causes, To avoid this dilemma. In many studies, the main reason formigrating from rural to urban areas has not been job introduction, which has a lot ofnegative consequences. One of the solutions available to escape from such problems isthe development of rural tourism that can preserve the beautiful nature of the countrysideby preserving the natural and historic nature of the countryside, as well as keepingtourists familiar with the nature and history of rural areas. . There are many historicalvillages in Iran that are suitable for rural areas, and other villages also have the potentialof becoming tourism villages because of their beautiful and beautiful nature. By doing so,maintaining the culture and position of the village can save them from false urbanization.As this industry is at the top of the list for the development of many countries in theworld, this article, which has been reviewed in a review of various scientific sources inthis field, has tried to examine the impact of rural tourism on the sustainable developmentof villages.
