Abstract:

Light absorption is one of the most important key features in materials engineering to achieve efficient photoelectrodes for creating a sensor. In this work, Hydrogenated TiO2 nanorod (H-TNR) with well-defined facets was prepared by a hydrothermal route in the presence of H2/N2 gas flow resulting in higher visible-light photoactivity. This H-TNRs could be adopted as a promising photoelectrochemical sensor for organic compounds detection.
