Building Management System Using NodeMCU and Raspberry Pi

There are many ways to control energy consumption at the buildings. In this paper different types of Building Management Systems (BMS) are explained and a design for BMS has been proposed using microcontrollers. In this design, microcontrollers of NodeMCU and Raspberry Pi are used. This system is implemented in the Buein Zahra Technical University to make BMS for lighting system, heating, cooling and turning on or off of video projector via application for smart phones, computer or any other devices like them accessing to local area network.
