Transformer internal fault studies to coordinate differential relays and their basis for protecting Power systems abstract
One of the important issues for system analysis is the problem of how to simulate and put in the proper algorithm to achieve the appropriate results and spend less time. Here, the differential protection of a transformer in a micro-grid is investigated. The results for transient states for multi -particulate models have been investigated and analyzed. Summing up the above mentioned methods and comparing the simulation results has high accuracy and also acceptable speed of calculating values. In the calculations and the obtained diagrams, the time of elimination of errors is shown to the minimum. The shape of the chart is evaluated in different states and compared for different load states. The protection for the differential relay considered in this paper is a differential transformer protection, which a CP error in this location can create major incidents.
