Senior Defense: مدل سازی عوامل موفقیت در پروژه های عمرانی با رویکرد مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (مطالعه موردی: پروژه های عمرانی شهر شیراز)

مدل سازی عوامل موفقیت در پروژه های عمرانی با رویکرد مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (مطالعه موردی: پروژه های عمرانی شهر شیراز) روز چهارشنبه، 5 مرداد، 1401 توسط موسسه آموزش عالی زند شیراز در شهر شیراز استان فارس برگزار می شود.

چکیده فارسی به همراه واژگان کلیدی: هدف اصلی در این پژوهش مدل‌سازی عوامل موفقیت در پروژه‌های عمرانی با رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (مطالعه موردی: پروژه‌های عمرانی شهر شیراز) بود. تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ اجرا پیمایشی است و ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی است. ماهیت روش این تحقیق بر اساس نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی – تحلیلی است که به روش میدانی انجام گردید. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات لازم در رابطه با تاریخچه و ادبیات موضوع، از اسناد و مدارک و کتب و مقالات و پایان‌نامه‌ها و نیز پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی اینترنتی، و همچنین از روش میدانی با استفاده از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش مدیران ارشد و میانی پروژه‌های عمرانی شهر شیراز می‌باشند. با توجه به عدم وجود آمار دقیق در مورد تعداد حجم جامعه، حجم نمونه ۲۰۰ نفر تعیین گردید و روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تصادفی ساده بود. در این پژوهش برای گرد آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است، در این راستا از پرسشنامه استاندارد سینسلایسی و همکاران (۲۰۱۹) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها در دو قسمت انجام شد. در قسمت اول به بررسی خصوصیات توصیفی و دموگرافیک نمونه همچنین شاخص‌های مرکزی و پراکندگی معیارهای مورد بررسی پرداخته شد و در قسمت آمار استنباطی به آزمون فرضیه‌‌ها و تحلیل مسیر پرداخته شده است. نرمال بودن توزیع داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد شایستگی مدیریت پروژه، شایستگی مالک، پشتیبانی مدیریت، وضوح محدوده، مشارکت موثر و بازخورد بر موفقیت پروژه تاثیر معناداری دارد. کلید واژه‌ها: موفقیت پروژه، پروژه‌های عمرانی، مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری Abstract / Key Words: The main goal of this research was to model success factors in construction projects with the structural equation modeling approach (case study: construction projects in Shiraz city). The current research is a survey in terms of implementation and is practical in terms of purpose. The nature of the method of this research is descriptive-analytical, based on the method of data collection, which was carried out by the field method. To collect the necessary information related to the history and literature of the subject, documents, books, articles and theses, as well as internet databases, as well as the field method using a questionnaire were used. The statistical population in this research is senior and middle managers of construction projects in Shiraz city. Due to the lack of accurate statistics about the size of the population, the sample size was determined to be ۲۰۰ people and the sampling method was simple random. In this research, a questionnaire was used to collect data, in this regard, the standard questionnaire of Sinselaisi et al. (۲۰۱۹) was used. Data analysis was done in two parts. In the first part, the descriptive and demographic characteristics of the sample were examined, as well as the central indicators and the dispersion of the examined criteria, and in the inferential statistics part, the hypothesis test and path analysis were done. The normality of data distribution is checked using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. The findings of the research showed that project management competence, owner competence, management support, scope clarity, effective participation and feedback have a significant effect on the success of the project.
