Abstract:

Outsourcing is the practice of handling over part or parts of organizational domestic activities to natural or legal outsiders based on a contract or agreement. The current study is aimed to investigate the effects of trading strategies on decisions on outsourcing Human Resources and its impacts according to quadruple purposes and expectations: strategic, managerial, technological, economical, qualitative and customer orientation. A comprehensive picture of status and results of outsourcing organizational activities is presented as well. The current study is a survey of applied, descriptive-analytical and causative nature. Statistical population of the study is composed of all managers and chief vice-managers of the given companies (384 subjects). To study the effectiveness of outsourcing in the three given companies, questionnaire has been used as the main instrument and answers to the questions are provided based on Likert spectrum. Additionally, descriptive statistics including tables, graphs and percentiles have been used to analyze data while for inferential analysis of data and testing conceptual models assumed for research, regression and Pearson correlation coefficient are run in SPSS environment. Softwares like AMOS were used for structural equations. According to results obtained from statistical analysis, box graphs, t-test and correlation have been used. Results have shown that there is a direct and moderately significant relationship between trading strategy and decision on outsourcing organizational activities (56). Accordingly, there is a positive and meaningful relationship between components of trading strategy and decision on outsourcing organizational activities. Consequently, research hypotheses are confirmed.
