An Anthropological View in the Development of Rural Entrepreneurship through Promethee’s Model of Prioritization

Entrepreneurship is a way of responding to risks (unemployment, low income) andcreating new chances. It can develop the abilities and skills for business and usefinancial capabilities in rural areas. So as a proper way, economists and sociologistsbelieve that an entrepreneur can develop his plans based on the conditions andpotential capacities. The development of entrepreneurship in rural areas depends onthe best place for entrepreneurship activities and prioritizing the places. In thisstudy, using the Promethee method for the prioritization of entrepreneurshipdevelopment based on decision making, the multi variable analysis was used fordifferent places. Results showed that development for entrepreneurship andenabling for economic, educational and environmental approaches in the regions isa fundamental tool to reach entrepreneurship development. Based on theprioritization of Promethee method, the villages of Sarcheshmeh, Messedeh,Sangvares have the highest scores. The descriptive analytical method has been usedin this study.
