Determine of effecting factors in sustainable urban formation(Case Study: City of Naeen)

Sustainable city is a new concept of scientific techniques. Sustainable city is required to us to change not only the economic growth, but also the social growth concept. Urban development as a kind of social and economic development, is a very significant imagination of sustainable city progress and also in following of innovation concept. A city consists of a set of physical, historical, economic and social systems which should be considered to achieve sustainable city by urban systems developments. Due to the importance of urban systems, some issues such as hygiene, safety and environment, are some important issues which should be considered before the accidents, and also Adverse effects, and to Meet the user needs of urban systems in planning, designing, compliments, The aim of this research is to determine affecting factors on sustainable urban formation, and deploy the new strategies like sustainable city, green city, urban management … which is considered to reduce urban damages and improvement of current situation. Therefore, in this paper, it is analyzed to determining of effective factors on city which are affected by urban systems in use of library studies, surveys, and content analysis.
