Abstract:

One of the most important limiting factors for potato production in the world is lack of certified tuber seeds. Planting bed affects the seedlings were transferred to the greenhouse. To study the effect offarm yard manure (FYM) and different levels of Organi Humme (OH) on Agria plantlets, anexperiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications at the Biotechnology Center of the Isfahan University in 2014. There were eight planting beds: four bedswere the mixture of soil and FYM at a ratio of 1:2 and Organi Humme at a rate of (0, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 gr)and other substrate were the mixture of soil and Organi Humme at same rates. Analysis of variance data showed that there was a significant difference (p<0.0001) between planting beds in number of mini-tubers, yield and weight of mini-tubers per plant. The maximum number of mini-tubers and yieldper plant was obtained in OH-1 substrate with 4.33 and 17.78 gr, respectively. The percentage of organic matter, nitrogen and amount of P and K in COH treatments were significantly more than OH substrates. Also lower temperature in COH substrates delayed plant growth. For mini tuber producers it is suggested to use Organi Humme at a rate of 1 gr per plantlet which is caused higher yield and economical price for production
