Abstract:
Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death in Women of the World. And Chemotherapy is one of the most common and most powerful forms during the illness of breast cancer patients. While the chemotheraphy is powerful to kill growing cancer cells, it also can harm healthy cells. In the current study Nanoliposome-encapsulated Preyssler heteropolyacid with diameters of 230-250 nm has been synthesized and characterized by different instrumental techniques. The nanoliposomes were nearly spherical, with entrapment efficiency 53.8%. In vitro antitomur activity of the synthesized nanoliposomes has been investigated using the MTT method on MDA-MB 231 cells Our findings showed enhanced anticancer activity and selectivity for nanoliposome-encapsulated Preyssler (NLEP) compared with Tamoxifen as a commercially drug at 72 h. The present study clearly shows the potential of nanoliposomes as drug carriers for Preyssler. NLEP is a suitable device for an antitumoral drugs application.
