Authors Effect of Viscosity on Ion-Acoustic Shock Wave in Superthermal plasmas with Negative IonsMostafa Mehdipoor - Faculty of Science, Gonbad Kavous University, Gonbad Kavous, Iran
Abstract:Ion-acoustic (IA) shock waves are studied in multicomponent plasma containing of positive and negative ions and superthermal electrons. The dissipation is taken into account the kinematicviscosity among the plasma constituents. The Korteweg-de-Vries- Burgers (K-dVB) equation for ion acoustic shock wave is derived by reductive perturbation method. The stationary analytical solution of K-dVB equation is investigated, numerically. It is obtained thatthe viscosity in the negative ion plasmas plays as a key role for the propagation of on ion – acoustic shock waves
