Abstract:
Crowdsourcing is an emerging technique that is based on leveraging crowds of people to solve problems collaboratively. Although this technique is usually used to solve small problems and straightforward tasks, it, under circumstances, canbe used to solve more complicated problems. Providing organizations with a very large body of workforce almost for free or at very low costs, is one of the possibilities that crowdsourcing can offer. However, there are several shortcomings and challenges that should be studied. In this paper we study the application of crowdsourcing techniques in providing organizations with human resource, the opportunities and possible challenges
