Transferring the innovations through the analyzing its legal nature in the Iranian legal system considered as one of the instances in article 10 of the civil code. Innovation and knowledge, considered as non-commercial commodities that are transferrable and Exploitable For commercial or non-commercial uses. One of the most important and economical methods in commercial transferring the innovations is Direct Investment equity in GDP that sometimes it can be interpreted as domestic trade.
