Contract of lease for an indefinite period and its alternatives

A lease with indefinite period means that the lease term is not exactly specified, but the amount of lease is determined by a fish or a certain amount of money per year. According to the general rules, not knowing one of the substitutes will invalidate the contract, and therefore some jurists of the late Sahib Arwa regarding the lease are supposed to invalidate the contract. Of course, there are other sayings in the matter, including the famous saying of the ancients that they believe in the validity of the lease in the first unit of time (a month or ...) and the cancellation of the lease after that.In this article, we critique and analyze the sayings of jurists and the view of civil law. We will also look at other legal actions that could be substituted for a contract.
