Drought is the most important and trationalof environmental stress in the world particular in Iran. Thus, this for studing the effect of drought stress applied on 12 almond genotypes and cultivars on GF677 and seedling under vase conditions in the Karaj-. Experiment was as factorial based on completely randomized design. Morphological characteristics including: growth, leaf greenness (using SPAD), and physiological characteristics including: transpiration rate, photosynthesis rate, stomata conductance, water use efficiency and photosynthesis efficiency using ADC (LCA4) and RWC and leaf K elements measured.Generally, the results showed that there was no genotype optimum for the reaction of all catheterizations separately against drought stress, but was in some of them, was observed several desirable traits that was not prominent in the rest of the genotypes. These optimal characteristics dued to more success of genotypes was in the same environmental soil conditions. Based on all the characteristics investigated such conclusions can be fitted to the total, K56 ' genotype ' showned the morphological, physiological and biochemical performance and has a far higher tolerance than the rest of drought tolerant genotypes.Keywords: Almond, drought stress, (morphological, physiological and biochemical) responses.
