بررسی توسعه تنوع ژنتیکی از طریق دورگ گیری و بررسی نتاج نسل ‭f1 ‬ژنوتیپ های گندم نان

This research was conducted to investigate study on wheat lines/varieties in crossing block and F1 generations to providing genetic variation in Dryland Agriculture Research Institute, Maragheh, in 2005-2007. The experiment was arranged as observational nursery in greenhouse using 80 advanced and landraces( selected winter wheat lines of gene bank). In the heading time were created crosses (F1 generations) of WاW, Wا F, Fا W, WاS, SاW, FاS, and SاF types. Based on agronomic characteristics and resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses created about 208 crosses. In this study 208 F1 generations planted with parents for using in Tree Way Cross, Back Cross and Double Cross.
