vaccine have been proved to be very effective in the Control of leptospirosis in Most developed Countries. However in Iran, in spite of the high prevalence of disease ,leptospiral vaccines have not been used for its Control. These studies havE! also revealed that serovars grippotyphosa Canicola and sejroehardjo have high seroprevalence in bovine and sheep in Iran. A Trivalent vaccine incorporating the above servars will be useful to animals in Iran against leptospirosis. The Preparation and standardization of this vaccine are reported. A Trivalent inactivated aluminium hydroxide gel adsorbed vaccine with leptospiral serovars grippotyphosa ,Canicola. and sejroe hardjo are reported. The vaccine was found to be safe and potent as indicated by the routine tests for bacterial vaccine. Renal localisation was not detected when challenged with virulent strain at the .14 th day past vaccination
