بررسی و خودگشنی ژرم پلاسم های دیررس و متوسط رس ذرت دانه ای و تولید لاین های خالص

In order to evaluation of maize germplasm and producing new inbred lines, during a five years program(2002-2006), 30 SO(from 2002), 29 SO(from 2003), and 34 SO (from 2004) populations were studied in four locations, Karaj, Gharakhil Ghaemshaher, Dezful and Gorgan. Seeds from selected selfed lines were mixed in each generation in all locations and re-evaluated in next year. In Karaj, in addition to this program, prvious program were continued, selting and selection in SI to 86 generations, producing new lines through selting and selection. At the end of program, 35 SS lines, 71 S4lines and 5S 83 lines were produced from the first to third year started populations, respectively, which should be selfed and. selected in next year. From Karaj current program, 145 86 lines were produced during the program, which their breeding value should be evaluated.
