But to abow the needs in different environment conditions and effective agents, we should use the 'field theory and systematic model. Measuring search through 34 villages includ 203 homekeepers that done with application ftoms interviews and information are collected Also by particiapatory rural appraisal method from 136 groups of youth and reliable Persons needs data have been gathered. . The reasearch results show that village know 57 needs as the most important or less Important that needs to job finding . guidance sc:hool , high school, road, house 8DcI health and tlUtment systems have the most importance . Also I there is a significant ralation betWeen self need I coviromcnt and organisational variables and kind of needs .
