Abstract:

Raisin production is one of the most economic activities in IRAN. Many factors effect quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Raisin. In this research, the effects of different harvesting times on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Raisin in cv. Paykani has been studied at Kashmar in 1995-1996. A complete randomized block design with 4 replication was used. These replications were harvested at five different time. Thr results showed that there is no significant differences between the grape yield but the differences between the Rasin treatments could be observed at 1% level. The best harvesting time was 19th september (28the Shahrivar) when the heat uni recorded 2381.5 Centigraade and T.S.S. was more 21%. The rate of constant D.O. is not equal for T.S.S. in different uears. But it depends on yield, pruning method and... A etually, increasing d.d make qualitative cgracters of Rasin to goes up.
