مطالعات تکمیلی در تدوین پروتکل تکثیر قارچ ‭Beauveria bassiana ‬برای کنترل میکروبی آفات انباری خرما

‬‭The aim of this study was to complete production of the protocol liquid two-phase method fungus Beauveria bassiana. The liquid phase medium was reformated by adding nitrogen sources (cheese sorum, yeast extract and extract of flour moth larvae) in concentrations of 10, 20 and 30 ml per liter and vitamins (multivitamins) in concentrations of 2, 4 and 6 mm liters per liter.The liquid phase incubation was reformated by effect of photoperiod (12/12, 18/6 and 6/18 Brightness / Darkness), the incubator rotation (100, 150 and 175 rpm) and during the incubation period (48, 72 and 96 hours ). The solid phase was reformated by effect of incubation period by three times 12, 15 and 18 days. The liquid phase produced was compared by the performance characteristics including chlamydospore concentration, chlamydospore germination ability, wet weight and dry weight. For solid phase as well as wet weight, dry weight, dry to wet weight, humidity, spore concentration and germination ability. The results showed that the most appropriate treatments of liquid phase medium was 30 ml per liter of flour moth larvae extract, 6 ml per liter multivitamin. The most appropriate treatments liquid phase incubation period was 150 rpm of incubator rotation, photoperiod of 18 and 6 hours of darkness and incubation and 72 houre of incubation period. The most appropriate of solid phase incubation period of was 15 days. The production and economic efficiency compared to control were 8.3 and 6,9 percent by appleid all treatments.
