Survey of Physicochemical Properties of N-(α-hydroxybenzyl)formamides

In this study, physicochemical properties of formamied drivetives have been investigated. In the first step, N-(α-hydroxybenzyl)formamides synthesized using oxidation reaction of gem-dichloroaziridines in nutral condition reaction. In continiuation of research, physicochemical properties of these compounds surveid. For prediction of absorption and permeability, in silico physicochemical parameter of prepared compounds were performed. As a results all of compounds exhibit good absorption, permeability and penetration abilities in the human body
