Abstract:

یکی از چالش‌های مدیران در دنیای کسب‌وکار، محدودیت منابع و چگونگی استفادۀ بهتر از آن است. بر این اساس، به‌تازگی، مدیران سیستم‌های تولیدی به مفهوم اقتصاد اشتراکی[i] توجه کرده‌اند که این امر به استفادۀ بهتر از منابع با اشتراک‌گذاری و درنهایت، ارتقای بهره‌وری در سطح ملی منجر می‌شود. برای پیاده‌سازی مفهوم اقتصاد اشتراکی در سیستم‌های تولیدی باید ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های آن به‌طور کامل تبیین شود؛ بنابراین، پژوهشگر بر آن است که ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های اقتصاد اشتراکی را استخراج کند و آن را به سیستم تولیدی تعمیم دهد؛ بر این اساس، ابتدا تعاریف اقتصاد اشتراکی از متون علمی گردآوری، سپس از رهگذر تحلیل محتوا، مؤلفه‌های هشت‌گانه‌ای به این شرح شناسایی شد: اشتراک‌گذاری منابع، طرفین اشتراک‌گذاری، اَشکال اشتراک‌گذاری، نظام تبادل اطلاعات و ارتباطات، شرایط مالکیت و دسترسی، ظرفیت‌های مازاد، منافع مبادلات و سرانجام مباحث اجتماعی در اشتراک‌گذاری. سپس برای تعمیم این مؤلفه‌ها به سیستم‌های تولیدی، از آرای خبرگان در بخش تولید و عملیات استفاده شد که با فرایند اشتراک‌گذاری آشنا بودند. پس از انجام فرایند مصاحبه، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های اقتصاد اشتراکی و مصادیق آن در سیستم‌های تولیدی ارائه شد که به‌کارگیری آن، تأثیر بسزایی در افزایش بهره‌وری سیستم‌های تولیدی با اشتراک‌گذاری منابع خواهد گذاشت.
