ارزیابی همبستگی ژنتیکی و وراثت‌پذیری برخی از صفات در ژنوتیپ‌های باقلا با استفاده از برآوردگر حداکثر درست‌نمایی محدودشده (REML) abstract

به‌منظور برآورد همبستگی ژنوتیپی و وراثت‌پذیری برخی از صفات، 26 ژنوتیپ باقلا در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دو سال زراعی 95-1393، در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی بروجرد واقع در استان لرستان ارزیابی شدند. از برآوردگر حداکثر درست‌نمایی محدودشده (Restricted Maximum Likelihood, REML) برای برآورد همبستگی‌های ژنوتیپی و فنوتیپی، وراثت‌پذیری عمومی و پیشرفت ژنتیکی استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس به دو روش کمترین مربعات و REML گویای اثر معنی‌دار ژنوتیپ بر تعداد روز تا رسیدگی، ارتفاع بوته،‌ وزن صد دانه، طول غلاف و عملکرد دانه خشک بود. برهمکنش ژنوتیپ در سال نیز برای همه صفات به‌جز صفت طول غلاف معنی‌دار بود. نتایج مقایسه میانگین­ ها نشان داد که رقم بروجرد (ژنوتیپ26) و ژنوتیپ 20 بیشترین عملکرد دانه را در هر دو سال آزمایش داشتند. برآوردگر REML نشان داد که عملکرد دانه خشک با ارتفاع بوته و عملکرد بیولوژیک همبستگی ژنتیکی مثبت و معنی‌دار داشت. هم‌چنین عملکرد دانه خشک با تعداد روز تا گلدهی دارای همبستگی فنوتیپی منفی و معنی‌دار و با صفات ارتفاع بوته، عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت دارای همبستگی فنوتیپی مثبت و معنی‌دار بود. از این‌رو، امکان گزینش ژنوتیپ‌های زودرس و پرمحصول وجود دارد و می‌توان گزینش برای بهبود عملکرد بیشتر را انجام داد. تجزیه خوشه‌ای تنوع بین ژنوتیپ‌ها را نشان داد. هم‌چنین با توجه به مقادیر وراثت‌پذیری عمومی و پیشرفت ژنتیکی برای ارتفاع بوته و همبستگی ژنوتیپی بالای این صفت با عملکرد دانه خشک، می‌توان از صفت ارتفاع بوته به‌عنوان صفت مطلوب برای بهبود عملکرد دانه خشک از طریق گزینش استفاده نمود.
