Abstract:
Correct management of marital conflicts will lead to the continuity and success of couples in creating intimacy and continuity of marital relationship. This review study was conducted in 6 steps, Include: Identification of the research question in relation to the title of the review study, Identification of keywords using Mesh and according to the review study, Search using Google, Google Scholar and on the websites of fashion printing, Science Direct, Pub Med and Sid, Identification of conducted studies using marital conflicts, marital satisfaction, the quality of life and solving marital conflicts keywords, Study the title of 125 articles where the abstracts were coordinated and Abstract of the 80 articles was studied and finally the full text of 47 articles reviewed. The results of this study were divided into two general categories. 1. Positive and constructive strategies. 2. Negative and non-constructive strategies. Principle of prevention is better than cure; that is, we may set up family planning programs and policies based on pre-marriage professional counseling and training. That will be fulfilled through enhancing life skills and increasing self-awareness, creating insight towards couple’s interactions as well as correcting their beliefs and attitudes on the existence of men, women, and marital life.
