Modeling the Effect of Different Textures on the Output of Silicon Solar Cells

In this paper we discuss a method for resolving the optical loss problem which has been hindered the efficiency of the solar cells. By using different software simulators ,respected to the situations of which a solid state device faced with we can achieve low cost consumption and time saving, hence one of numerical simulators, Silvaco Tcad Software, have been used in this paper for simulation and modelling the characteristics of solar cells.1
