Abstract:

This paper deals with the problem of operation with a virtual power plant in the common market and energy storage. The proposed strategy is a non-equilibrium model based on the Price Determining Unit (PBUC) that takes into account supply-demand balance constraints and VPP security constraints. The proposed model with the parameters of each energy source, which is part of the VPP, creates a single operational profile and places network constraints in its description of portfolio capabilities. The proposed model is a nonlinear integer programming with temporary constraints and is controlled by a genetic algorithm (GA). MATLAB software has been used for coding and the results indicate the accuracy of the proposed syste
