Abstract:
In this work, the optical coupling to the nano gap of a plasmonic bowtie nanoantenna is studied considering the effect of cylinder-silicon substrate physical parameters.FDTD simulation results are presented. The results indicate that changing the physical parameters of the dielectric substrate in height, modifies the plasmonic resonance characteristics of the structure.
