Abstract:

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مداخله­ی مبتنی بر دلبستگی بر سازگاری زناشویی زوجین ناسازگار بوده است. روش: روش­های آماری مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل آمار توصیفی و طرح­های شبه­آزمایشی بوده است. جامعه­ی آماری پژوهش شامل مراجعه کنندگان به مرکز مشاوره فولاد مبارکه اصفهان بوده است. نمونه­ شامل ۲۰ زوج بود که به صورت نمونه­گیری در دسترس و داوطلبانه انتخاب گردید. مداخله شامل ده جلسه آموزشی مبتنی بر دلبستگی بوده است. برای جمع­آوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه­ی تجدیدنظر شده­ی تجارب در روابط نزدیک و سازگاری زوجی تجدید نظر شده استفاده شد. یافته­ها: در مداخله­ی مبتنی بر مدل برازش شده، نتایج محاسبه داده­ها با آزمون تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که مداخله­ی مبتنی بر ابعاد دلبستگی بر افزایش سازگاری زناشویی موثر بوده است و مداخله در دو گروه مردان و زنان تاثیر متفاوتی نداشته است. نتیجه­گیری: پژوهش نشان داد که دلبستگی اجتنابی به صورت مستقیم تاثیر چشمگیری بر سازگاری زناشویی دارد، در مقایسه با دلبستگی اضطرابی. بنابراین می­توان بر رویکردهای مبتنی بر دلبستگی و رویکردهای شناختی- رفتاری برای کار با زوجین و کاهش ناسازگاری زناشویی تاکید نمود.
