Abstract:

اکوسیستم کارآفرینی قابل تقلید و تکثیر نیست و در توسعه کارآفرینی باید مزیت های منطقه ای و کشوری را مورد توجه قرار داد و از کپی کردن نمونه های اکوسیستمهای کارآفرینی موفق از جمله سیلیکون ولی اجتناب شود. با توجه به اهمیت کارآفرینی روستایی، باید در حیطه گردشگری و نقش کلیدی گردشگری در توسعه روستایی و کاهش چالش های روستاهای قرار گرفته در مناطق کمتر توسعه یافته، نگاهی نظام مند داشت.پژوهش حاضر به دنبال تحلیل عوامل موثر بر اکوسیستم کارآفرینی گردشگری بر اساس مدل تغییریافته آیزنبرگ در بستر روستایی ایران است. این مطالعه از نوع پژوهش ‎های کاربردی و پیمایشی توصیفی است. جامعه آماری ۲۸۵ نفر از سیاست گذاران کارآفرینی گردشگری، کارآفرینان حیطه گردشگری و صاحبان کسب و کارهای گردشگری روستایی بودند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه بود. روایی و پایایی با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان و آزمون پایلوت تایید شد. تحلیل نتایج نشان داد که مجموعه ای از عوامل وجود دارد که اکوسیستم کارآفرینی گردشگری در بستر روستایی ایران را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند. این عوامل به ترتیب شامل عوامل حمایتی و پشتیبانی، فرهنگی اجتماعی، نظام های سیاستی- حاکمیتی، بازار، مالی اقتصادی، شبکه سازی و ارتباطات، سرمایه انسانی، ظرفیت های طبیعی و توان زیرساختی هستند.
