Photovoltaic systems and its integration with Architecture

Energy crises in recent years in long with the highest levels of energy consumption in the construction industry has drawn the attention to building cover. The need to change attitudes toward implementation and design of building cover, as one of the key elements in building design, increasingly can be felt. It is because the building cover is the most prone to absorption or waste of energy. One of the active design strategies is the use of photovoltaic systems that convert the sun's renewable energy into electricity. Since the location of photovoltaic cells is the building facades, so their location and the way they are integrated with the building is of great importance, in terms of efficiency and combination with the building design so that it becomes part of building cover and fully integrated with it.
