بررسی پایداری عملکرد دانه لاین های امیدبخش کنجد با استفاده از روش های مختلف پارامتری و ناپارامتری abstract

تجزیه و تحلیل اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ و محیط با استفاده از روش های مختلف آماری در اصلاح نباتات اهمیت زیادی دارد. به منظور بررسی پایداری عملکرد دانه لاین های امیدبخش کنجد با استفاده از معیارهای مختلف پارامتری و ناپارامتری، آزمایشی با ۱۳ لاین امیدبخش کنجد به همراه رقم شاهد اولتان در سه منطقه کرج، مشهد و مغان در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در طی دو سال ۱۳۹۵ و ۱۳۹۶ انجام یافت. تجزیه واریانس مرکب داده های عملکرد لاین های امیدبخش کنجد نشان داد که اثر ژنوتیپ و اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × سال × مکان در سطح احتمال یک درصد بر عملکرد دانه معنی دار بود. محیط کرج-۹۶ بیشترین میانگین عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپ ها با ۱۳۴۶ کیلوگرم در هکتار و محیط مشهد-۹۶ کمترین عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپ ها با ۱۰۰۱ کیلوگرم در هکتار را به خود اختصاص دادند. بیشترین و کمترین میانگین عملکرد دانه در بین ژنوتیپ ها در تمامی محیط های آزمون به ترتیب مربوط به لاین G۶ با ۱۴۴۴ کیلوگرم در هکتار و لاین G۱۲ با ۷۶۲ کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. نقشه حرارتی به همراه تجزیه خوشه ای، هم ژنوتیپ ها و هم پارامترهای پایداری را به سه گروه تقسیم کرد. بر این اساس، ژنوتیپ G۱۲ در گروه اول، ژنوتیپ های G۱، G۳، G۷، G۸ و G۱۳ در گروه دوم و بقیه ژنوتیپ ها به همراه رقم شاهد اولتان در گروه سوم بودند. ژنوتیپ های گروه دوم با داشتن بالاترین رتبه در اکثر معیارهای پایداری نسبت به سایر ژنوتیپ ها پایدار بودند و از بین آن ها ژنوتیپ های G۸، G۱ و G۳ به ترتیب با میانگین عملکرد دانه ۱۴۱۷، ۱۳۹۸ و ۱۲۹۱ کیلوگرم در هکتار و بالاتر از متوسط عملکرد تمام ژنوتیپ ها، انتخاب و قابل توصیه در مناطق مورد آزمون بودند.
