The latest formulation of nano-drug delivery system at colorectal cancer therapy

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a medical world’s challenge that has high morbidity and mortality rate. The lack of early detection methods and accurate drug delivery strategies leading concern about CRC. The environmental and genetic factors affect the CRC beginning. The current therapeutic for CRC treatment does not efficient. So the development of the new method for CRC therapy is essential that minimized the side effects and enhanced the survival rate of the patient. The drug delivery system is a promising method for CRC therapeutics. Use of the nanoparticle to render the drug to cancer cells, leading to the accuracy of therapy and reduced the drug resistance. In This paper first, was reviewed the condition that important in ۱۵Tformulating۱۵T and designing ۱۵Tdrug delivery systems۱۵T for CRC ۱۵Ttreatment, then۱۵T study the latest advanced nano-drug delivery system for CRC therapy.
