This research has addressed to introduce the novel strategy in operation of irrigation networks. Utilizing this approach addition to provides saving water in consumption, even can make the technical-economic structures for increase economical productivity of water at irrigation nets. To reach these points, operational model and economic model have been joint each other. Main objective of coupling these models in form of developed structure, is distribution water along Roodasht main canal and delivering it to off-takes based on water economic value of current crop pattern in agriculture units. Also this method can create the mechanism that with it the impacts of different operational systems and strategies have been facilitate to observing farmer’s activities and ranking the agriculture units according to economic value of water in crop pattern. It is worth noting that to assessment performance of operation of irrigation canal that use of developed operation-economic approach, the revised index of performance assessment for survey in adequately water delivering to off-takes was considered
