Abstract:

بیماری لکه قهوه ای جو با عامل قارچی Cochliobolus sativus از مهمترین بیماریهای جو است که سبب کاهش شدید عملکرد میشود. برای بررسی مکانیسم توارث مقاومت به بیماری، تلاقی دای آلل یکطرفه بین هفت ژنوتیپ جو انجام شد. والدین و F۱ حاصل از تلاقی ها در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار کشت شدند. با بروز اولین علائم بیماری صفت شدت بیماری یادداشت برداری و سپس ۱AUDPC محاسبه گردید. مولفه های ۲(D) و ۳(H) نشان دادند هر دو اثر افزایشی و غالبیت در کنترل صفات موثرند. آلل های غالب منجر به کاهش صفت شدت بیماری و سبب افزایش مقاومت به بیماری لکه قهوه ای شد. ژنوتیپ های ۱۱۰/۶۷، ۳۵۲/۲۸۳ و صحرا اثرات GCA منفی دارند و می توان از این ژنوتیپ ها به عنوان والدین امیدبخش در برنامه های به نژادی جهت افزایش مقاومت به این بیماری بهره برد.
