مقایسه حس انسجام و سبک های حل تعارض زناشویی زنان شاغل و خانه دار

Abstract: The present study aimed to compare the sense of coherence and marital conflict styles of employed and housewives. Method: In order to conduct a causal-comparative study, sampling was used for selection of employed married and home-based sample from available language schools ofTehran district ۲. Data were gathered using the Sense of Consistency Questionnaire (Antonovsky, ۱۹۹۳) and the Conflict Resolution Style Questionnaire (Rahim (ROCI-II), ۱۹۸۳). Descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and independent t-test were used. Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference between working women and the rest of the society. The results also showed that there is a significant difference between the conflict resolution scale of working women and home-based women, as well as the lightness of the style and the style of avoidance and style (p <۰.۰۵). As a result, the results show that the style of organizational disagreement and reconciliation between working women and the hidden house is not meaningful. Conclusion: According to the findings of this research, considering the important role of conflict management in interpersonal relationships, especially marriage and marital satisfaction, knowledge of conflict management knowledge and skills is essential in order to use it. ComeKeywords: sense of coherence, conflict resolution styles, working women and housewivesچکیده: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه حس انسجام و سبک­های حل تعارض زناشویی زنان شاغل و خانه­دار بود. روش پژوهش از نوع علی – مقایسه­ای است، برای انتخاب نمونه (۱۰۰) متاهل شاغل و (۱۰۰) خانه­دار از نمونه­گیری در دسترس از آموزشگاه­های زبان منطقه ۲ تهران به­صورت نمونه­گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. داده­ها به­کمک پرسش­نامه حس انسجام (آنتونوسکی، ۱۹۹۳) و پرسش­نامه سبک­های حل تعارض  (رحیم(ROCI-II) ، ۱۹۸۳ گردآوری و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون کولموگروف – اسمیرونوف و آزمون تی مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد بین زنان شاغل و خانه­دار حس انسجام تفاوت معنی دار وجود ندارد. هم­چنین نتایج نشان داد بین مقیاس حل تعارض زنان شاغل و خانه­دار و نیز خرده­مقیاس­های سبک یکپارچگی و سبک اجتنابی و سبک ملزم شده تفاوت معنی­داری وجود دارد (p<۰/۰۵). در نتیجه این نتایج بیان می دارند سبک تعارض مسلط و مصالحه بین زنان شاغل و خانه­دار معنادار نبوده است. نتایج نشان داد با توجه به نقش مهم مدیریت تعارض در روابط بین فردی و به ویژه ازدواج و رضایت زناشویی، لذا آگاهی از دانش و مهارت­های مدیریت تعارض به­منظور استفاده از آن امری ضروری به­نظر می­رسد.کلید واژه­ها: حس انسجام، سبک­های حل تعارض،  زنان شاغل و خانه­دار
