Investigating the concepts and theories of organizational wisdom and its impact on individual creativity abstract
Given the growing importance of human resources in the organization as a valuable organizational asset and the need to acquire the necessary capabilities to better perform practices in the organization, it is necessary to provide the conditions for the emergence of their potential talents in the organization to create new and innovative methods and more efficient methods. In most organizations, the abilities of employees are not used optimally. In other words, people have the ability to be more creative, innovative and active, but in the organizational environment for some reason these capabilities are not used properly. In today's world, everything happens faster and mistakes can have global consequences. Therefore, wise thoughts and actions may become more relevant and necessary. It is logical to learn as much as possible about wisdom and to imitate wise thinkers and those who act wisely. Wisdom virtue is good as a potential source for creative work. Leaders with organizational wisdom are able to create a culture of creative change and growth instead of maintaining the current status in an organization. The relationship between wisdom and creativity was first proposed by Sternberg (2003) in WICS theory. In examining the relationship between creativity and wisdom, Sternberg has examined the relationship between creativity, wisdom and intelligence using the model of implicit theories. The results of numerous studies have shown that there is a correlation between creativity and wise behaviors in different fields. The present article, which is prepared in a review manner and using library and Internet resources, while defining the concept of wisdom and creativity, differences and commonalities, examining theories of wisdom and various researches, examine the relationship between these two concepts and examine the importance of paying attention to this impact in organizations. In the end, according to the mentioned contents, some suggestions are presented in this regard.
