Improving the Resiliency of Crude Oil Production through Providing Mobile Oil Treater (MOT) at Oil Fields

Mobile Oil Treater (MOT) provides cost effective initially recovery during oil production from wells with temporarily undesirable composition. It can be applied in a wide range of operations including recovery of first contaminated oil coming up from the wells at drilling or repairing stages, wells with high water production rate, wells in which enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methods are being applied, etc. Also, MOT is ideal for using at an oil production field or cluster of wells in a locality, with diverse equipment options. Thanks to this device, it is possible to separate oil from gas, sand and water, treat it, and finally pump it to clusters instead of burning it due to the initially undesirable composition. Using MOT at oil production fields helps to mitigate environmental pollution and ensure continuity of operations which result in improving the resiliency of crude oil production. In this paper MOT and the importance of using it at oil production fields are discussed.
