Fisher Information for Extended Weibull Distribution with Hybrid Censored Data

In this paper, we assume that the lifetimes of the unites are be independent and identically distributed with extended Weibull random variables with three unknown parameters is given in [۶]. We obtain maximum Likelihood estimator for the unknown shape parameter of the model based on Type-I HSC, Type-II HSC, and their generalized types. Also, Fisher information matrix for the extended Weibull distribution is obtained.
