Abstract:

Resilient organizations are organizations that can overcome crises at low cost because of the high level of preparedness, planning, and flexibility they create. Resilience is an individual's ability to strike a biological, psychological balance in the face of risky situations. On the other hand, social capital is one of the factors that is effective in improving the resilience of organizations and institutions. Social capital is those networks and norms that enable people to act collectively and through relational dimension (trust), structural dimension (network links), and cognitive dimension can be the strategy to achieve organizational resilience. The present article, which is prepared in a review manner and using library and Internet resources, tries to address the concept of organizational resilience and its importance, and the impact of social capital and its dimensions as a key factor in building organizational resilience
