Abstract:
Breast cancer, the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancerdeath, is an invasive malignant tumor with high morbidity in females.Graphene derivatives such as graphene oxide and graphene nitrite are hopefulcandidates for biomedical applications. lncRNAs, potential targets in cancertherapy, are non-coding regulatory RNAs with more than ۲۰۰ nucleotides inlength that aberrantly expressed in cancers, and participate incancer development, recurrence, progression, and drug resistance. There isno in-depth molecular knowledge regarding the impacts of Graphene nitriteon the MCF۷ cell lines and their effects on the dynamic changes of noncodingRNAs.We have analyzed freely available microarray data to find differentiallyexpressed lncRNA. Our search strategy applied p-value (< ۰.۰۵) and a log۲Fold change (≥ ۰.۷, ≤ -۰.۷) as the threshold for data analysis. Next, we havecategorized and further investigated the family and targets of these long noncodingRNAs.
