Abstract:

Today materials that combine polymer and inorganic components in a way that enhances luminescenceand flexibility are becoming more attractive research topics for researchers; For example, thedevelopment of novel mixed oxide nanocomposites with heterostructures and unique features isdesirable for flexible displays light-emitting optoelectronic devices. This study used a cost-effectivemethod to make a cerium doped zinc oxide/cadmium tungstate (ZnO/CdWO۴: Ce) nanocomposite. Thestructural and optical properties of prepared samples were studied using a variety of methods. Theionoluminescence experiments examined the ionization radiation responses of ZnO/CdWO۴: Cenanocomposites. Synthesized Nanocomposite displayed significant emission in the blue-green regionand outstanding photosensitivity at ambient temperature. Prepared nanoparticles have an averagediameter of ۱۷۰ nanometers. The existence of ZnO, CdWO۴, chemical bindings, and associatedcomponents in the composites was confirmed by XRD and EDX results. Obtain results showed that theproduced nanocomposite is likely to have promising applications in optoelectronic devices.
