The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting manpower efficiency and its impact on project progress during corona Identify and use the correct methods of managing productivity to increase productivity in the project. The method of setting up the article is that after the explanation of the subject, to collect information from the library method, searching for valid Internet sites and extracting articles and documentation necessary to complete theoretical foundations in the article were necessary and after Stabilization of experts in order to test the extracted model in terms of experts, the relevant questionnaire that carried the variables needed by the Likert spectrum, and among the statistical population consisting of ۳۵ employees involved in the unit of repair projects By Morgan method, among ۳۵ people, ۳۲ people were selected and the questionnaire was distributed among them and was re-collected after completion. To obtain confidence in its validity questionnaire through experts and its reliability through SPSS software Analysis was ۰.۸۹۴. On the other hand, in the same statistical population, in ۱۳۹۴ (before the Crisis Crisis), the author measured productivity indicators in the project environment, which updated the extraction model in terms of experts at that time and as the base model This research was used and the results of two articles were compared in the results section. The final result is that the data analysis of the data was determined. All hypotheses of corona affect motivational, economic, management, environmental, technological, educational, compensatory, incentive and cost are approved. In this, using the effect size tool or The same effect size based on the Cohen Cohen's D method is the result of the most effect on management factors with the size of ۱.۵۵۸. The lowest effect has also been achieved on technological factors. In this way, the size of the following factors can be called. Management, environmental, educational, compensatory, cost, motivational, economic, incentive and technological.
