Abstract:

Checking the fuel quality and engine performance of the vessels are two issues that, by following them, vessel owners can save hundreds of thousands of dollars. But what still needs to be considered is the confusion in the discussion of chemical pollutants. Since marine fuels account for ۶۰% of fleet operating costs, it is very important for ship owners and managers to pay attention to the issue of fuel and ways to prevent its waste [۱.] With the increasing development of technology, the use of the radiant energy of the sun, as the leader of the available energies, has been provided to mankind because it is easy to access and its quantity is also unlimited. Besides, the use of this energy has no environmental pollution. The rate of use of renewable energy in the countries of the world is increasing and it is currently considered one of the indicators of development. The use of photovoltaics in ships has many advantages, and its cultivation is considered a huge step in the development of maritime activities. In this article, while introducing the advantages of solar energy, we will have a look at the production and distribution system of electric energy, and then we will learn about different types of inverters.
