مقدمه: شیمی درمانی برای درمان سرطان پستان عوارض زیادی بر بافت­ کبد دارد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرین هوازی وکورکومین بر شاخص­ های فشار اکسیداتیو کبد موش­ های سرطانی تحت درمان با دوکسوروبیسین بود. روش بررسی: تحقیق حاضر از نوع بنیادی و تجربی می­ باشد. ۳۶ موش ماده Balb/c به وزن ۲ ±۲۰ گرم به صورت تصادفی به شش گروه سالم، بیمار، بیمار و تیمار (دکسورروبیسین)، بیمار و تیمار و تمرین، بیمار و تیمار و مکمل و بیمار و تیمار و مکمل و تمرین هوازی تقسیم شدند. جهت القای سرطان، رده سلولی ۴T۱  از انستیتو پاستور ایران گرفته شد. دوکسوروبیسین به صورت داخل صفاقی روزهای ۱، ۷، ۱۴، ۲۱ و ۲۸ تزریق شد و کورکومین به حیوانات خورانده شد. تمرین هوازی شامل ۳۰ دقیقه دویدن با شدت ۶۰-۴۰ درصد بیشینه سرعت، پنج روز در هفته به مدت ۶ هفته بود. تمرینات در هفته اول با سرعت ۱۴ متر در دقیقه و درنهایت به ۱۸متر در دقیقه رسید. برای بررسی اثر متقابل تمرین و مکمل، بر بیان ژن­ های مورد بررسی، از آنالیز واریانس دوطرفه استفاده گردید. یافته ­ها: اثر متقابل کورکومین و تمرین هوازی بر بیان ژن GSH (۰۵۴/۰ = P)،SOD  (۱۴۵/۰ = P)،CAT  (۰۰۰/۱ = P) و MDA (۰۸۷/۰ = P) ازنظر آماری معنی­دار نمی باشد. نتیجه­ گیری: به نظر می­ رسد که احتمالا تمرین هوازی به همراه کورکومین اثرات محافظتی بر کبد در برابر استرس اکسیداتیو ناشی از دارو نداشته باشد هر چند که در این زمینه نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری می­ باشد.
