Abstract:

Higher education has recently spent much effort in trying to response to rapid technological innovation in teaching and learning. The emerging technologies in the modern universities are fostering the interest of blended learning. blended learning has been defined as the combination of face-to-face instruction with online learning. Present study performed to Factors Affecting attitude of Khuzestan Province Agricultural Colleges’ Faculty toward Blended Learning in Agricultural higher education system. Statistical society of the study consists of the members of agriculture and Natural Resources state college faculty of Khuzestan province(N=159) that from these individuals, 72 persons was selected as sample society by Cochran formula and random sampling method. questionnaire was the main tool to collect data The questionnaire’s validity was confirmed by a panel of faculty members of Tehran University. Reliability was assessed through Cronbach’s Alpha which was found out to be more than 0/72. Spss17 software was used to analysis data. Results of study showed that 62/7 percent of Faculty have positive attitude toward blended learning. the Results of linear multiple regression analysis revealed that 73/6 percent of Faculty’ attitude was determined by five variable of: access to fast computers and the Internet, developing Inform about blended learning, Ability to hold an online interactive classes with students, Motivation to change from traditional method to blended learning, culture of using blended learning among students and professors.
