The role of women's human rights in the world community

Philosophers and international jurists have traditionally considered human rights as rights that a person enjoys simply by being human. The universal human rights are distinguished from the specific moral or legal rights of individuals, who have those rights only in special situations and women's rights. It is possible for women, only in this case, how can women's rights be human rights? Some of the most basic rights of women are derived from basic human rights. Therefore, they are human rights with the new concept that was presented of human rights (rights granted by human rights).
